No cat should be treated the way one cat was. A family abandoned their cat to a life on the streets. The cat was so traumatized by the experience though and knew he loved his family. So he made the 12-mile journey back to his original home to live with his family once again. However, the family was not happy to see him.
Once the cat made it home, the family took him to a shelter and asked the shelter staff to euthanize the cat. The cat had worked so hard to make his way back to his family. Thankfully, the shelter declined euthanizing the cat and instead prepared him for adoption into a different family.
