Snowball was a rescue cat. His original family was moving away and couldn’t take him with them so he was left at a shelter. The cat was clearly confused by the arrangement and disappointed to be left alone by her family. The cat’s new family did their best to make him feel at home. The cat was just so uncomfortable and missed his original family so much that he escaped out of a window within two days of being adopted.
His new family was so heartbroken by the situation. Snowball didn’t come back for weeks, and just when the family was starting to give up hope, they found him a few miles away from home. The cat had been gone for two months.
