A couple was crushed when their beloved cat got out of their home when they had a contractor working on the home. They loved their cat dearly and hoped she would make her way back home. She did have a microchip, so they figured within a few days, someone would find her and return her to them.
But the days, weeks and even years passed, and they didn’t hear anything about their precious cat. They got many tips from across the nation, but the tips never ended up being about their cat. One day, they got a call from 2,500 miles away and figured there was no way it could be their cat.
