On an airline in Russia, there’s a rule that larger animals must ride below the cabin with other luggage. The rule is set at 8 kilograms and over (about 17.5 pounds). When a man checked in for his flight, they weighed his cat in at 10 kilograms and told him the cat must ride in the luggage compartment since it was too large for the cabin.
The man skipped his flight and posted a photo of his cat to Facebook asking if anyone had a skinnier cat with similar features. He had hatched the perfect plan for how to ensure that his cat could ride in the cabin with him.
