An equine rescue facility also has an area of the rescue company devoted to helping cats in need. They call the area “Kitty City.” Some organizers for Kitty City came across an overweight cat that would need some special attention to return to health. This cat was so heavy that it filled the entire crate that it was living in with little room to move about, which is not good for the cat.
The rescue team decided to welcome the cat to Kitty City to rehabilitate it and prepare the cat for adoption. After all, living in a shelter is no life for a cat.
