A woman found a cat statue at Goodwill and was astounded at how much it resembled her black cat. Although the statue had many scratches and marks on it, she purchased it because she liked the reminder of her cat. She placed it on the stairs leading up to her home and sort of forgot about it.
Then one day she saw her cat Cosmo discover the statue. At first, he sat at a distance from it. Then, he got closer to take a look. Now, she can often find Cosmo snuggled up with the statue. She finds it quite amusing that the cat enjoys the statue so much.
