Lasagna is a large chunky cat that weighed in at 29 pounds. As the shelter staff started posting photos and information about the cat, people instantly fell in love with the large fella. The staff also shared that the cat enjoys belly rubs and is quite sweet and friendly.
The shelter quickly put the cat on a special diet to help get its weight under check. While the cat was adorable, it wasn’t necessarily healthy for it to be so large. Due to her size, the cat struggles to clean herself and is somewhat stiff when walking.
